CFG has a legal department whose responsibilities include advising as well as drafting and negotiating legal documents, in particular contractual documents, in the fields of company law, contract law and commercial law.
The firm assists its clients in specific transactions such as company formation, the negotiation and drafting of shareholder/partnership agreements, the organisation and holding of boards of directors and shareholders’ meetings, and the conclusion or implementation of particular operations such as changes in the articles of association. We also assist our clients in corporate housekeeping and other legal formalities related to the day-to-day management of their businesses.
Furthermore, CFG has developed a centre of competence specialising in the acquisition, transmission and restructuring of companies, in the way of asset deal, share deal or reorganisation (merger, spin-off, etc.).
Finally, the firm carries out all formalities and administrative procedures related to legal acts such as filings at the Registry of the Commercial Court and publications in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette, registrations and amendments with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, etc.
