Olivier Bosteels holds a Master law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and a Master in tax law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He is a member of the Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants (ITAA).
He leads the firm he founded in 1992 and oversees its development.

Olivier Lefebvre holds a Master in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a specialisation in European law acquired from the Institute of European Studies (IEE). He also received the title of Master in Tax Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, and he is a member of the Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants (ITAA).
Olivier focuses on the economic activity of the companies he advises in company law, tax law and accounting law. Furthermore, he advises and assists them in the implementation of (re)structuring operations.
He is also specialised in sales and purchases of business.
Finally, Olivier advises and assists individuals in planning matters as well as in disputes with tax authorities or specific tax issues.
